Director of a Global Hospitality Company

THE COMPANY: Leading global hospitality company

THE POSITION: The company is looking for a Director, Retirement Benefits – The Americas for their global headquarters in McLean, VA. This position is responsible for working with the Vice President of Benefits to develop and refine retirement program strategy for the Americas, and to operationalize that strategy, working with internal and external partners.

THE LOCATION: Washington, DC metro area

THE REQUIREMENTS: The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors Degree (Masters preferred) and10+ years of benefits experience in the retirement program field. International experience (specifically Puerto Rico and Canada) and acquisition/divestitures experience required. Union experience is also considered a plus.
